From your responses we are able to build an accurate and purposeful picture of your marketability. This means that if we speak to you about a role it is usually because we are fairly certain you are a good match. So if all goes well we’ll be with you at every stage with advice, information and support. Our contractors benefit from a similar level of detail in initial screening. We like to stick with our contractors for the longer term, and often our contractors stay with us for a number of assignments at various customers, staying exclusively with an agency that understands what their contractors do and how they can add value to their customers and to their own skills and experience portfolio.
