an account basis with an individual consultant assigned to
manage the selection process from start to finish.
Detailed requirements are established through face-to-face
meetings and/or telephone conversations. Where positions
are mission critical to corporate success we ensure as much
familiarity as possible with individual company cultures.
This allows us to make sure that the candidates we present
for your final assessment are the ones best suited to succeed
in your organisation.
Once we have obtained all relevant information, we undertake
the search and selection process using a variety of different
avenues

The majority of our candidates come to us through
personal recommendation and referral, ensuring a level
of quality that we can pass on to our clients. |

This is complemented by an extensive database of over
24,000 candidates - providing a ready source of individuals,
particularly for those 'difficult to fill' positions
requiring highly specific skills. |

Furthermore, we undertake regular advertising in national
newspapers, trade journals and specialist magazines;
through a range of Internet services; and, of course,
here on our own highly successful web site. |
Nor does our work finish with
the filling of a position. We consider continual contact
an essential component in the client relationship and undertake
post-appointment evaluation to ensure both client and candidate
are happy. This is a vital coda to the placement of both
permanent and contract staff. |
