Reference Assurance

Reference verification is an essential element in the registration process of all candidates. Proof of qualifications and/or professional certification is taken at the beginning of the process, and backed up by extensive conversations with the candidate to ascertain their familiarity with the industry, technology and their general level of competence.

Wherever possible, references are also taken from at least two reliable sources (usually previous employers) and used to gauge technical and personal qualities together with timekeeping and reliability records.

When required, we are also able to undertake a client's own technical assessment evaluation
