Recruitment Consultants/Trainees

Insight Computer Recruitment part of the InterQuest Group are specialists in permanent and contract IT and Communications recruitment. Due to market growth we are recruiting ambitious and motivated sales professionals who are interested in a career in this fast paced industry. The role will involve a high percentage of telephone sales and you will be responsible for developing business in niche technical sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months sales experience ideally gained from a recruitment background but not necessarily from the IT sector. We will consider candidates from another sales background but you must be self-motivated and have the commitment to succeed in this competitive industry.

We would also be interested in discussing what we can offer to experienced IT Recruiters with proven, consistent achievements. We have positions in Bexleyheath and Central London and offer a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.
